Bulkify is a browser-based tool for generating personalized diplomas, certificates, or slides in bulk. Upload a template, a CSV of names and data, and a folder of photos; Bulkify matches each photo to its row by filename, lets you position text and image fields on the template, and previews every result in a gallery before you download the whole batch as a ZIP or PDF.

The problem

I noticed people in my own work environment running out of time to prepare personalized graduation slides, a diploma with the student's name and photo, for every graduate before the ceremony. Doing that by hand in a slide deck or design tool doesn't scale past a handful of students.

The approach

Built as a plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript tool: upload a template image, a CSV, and a folder of photos, and Bulkify matches each photo to its CSV row by filename. From there you can edit the CSV fields, position text and the photo on the template, preview every generated slide in a gallery, and export the full batch as a ZIP of images or a combined PDF.

Highlights

  • Matches photos to CSV rows automatically by filename, no manual pairing
  • Visual editor for positioning text and photo fields directly on the template
  • Gallery preview of every generated slide before bulk export to ZIP or PDF
